Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to the QWallet iOS application.
License
QWallet uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The service
QWallet lets you store and organize loyalty or membership cards and barcodes on your device, optionally create Apple Wallet passes, set expiry reminders, and access paid Pro features through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features are offered through Apple In-App Purchase and managed with Apphud. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple ID settings. Prices and offer details shown in the app at purchase time control the commercial terms of that purchase.
Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for the card values and other content you store in QWallet and for any use of device permissions you grant. Do not use the app to store or transmit content you are not allowed to handle.
Availability
Features that depend on Apple services (such as Apple Wallet, Siri, widgets, or In-App Purchase) or third-party backends (such as Firebase Cloud Functions used to sign Wallet passes) may be unavailable if those services are unreachable or if required permissions are denied.
Privacy
How QWallet handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.
